May I reccommend an alternative (sound + vision)? Prepare to 'Look Sharp And Rock Steady' this Spring with two special sets on Staten Island.

The first will be held on Saturday, April 28th, at The Burrito Bar. Titled The Reluctant Artist Show, it features the Art of Ed Mulligan with special guests artists Sean Sweeney and Ashli Amabile. Although the set list is far from finalized, art with an edge deserves music to match. My notes are filled with plenty of 70's Glam & Punk, 80's Alternative & New Wave plus recent and rare favorites to keep everyone on edge. As the sun sets, the show will feature the spoken word of Cyndi Dawson, not to mention a few late night surprises.

The second appearance is return of The Hullabaloo to The Full Cup with very special guests and NYC Ska favorites Beat Brigade on Saturday, May 19th. Arrive early to hear plenty of Soul, Ska, R&B and Reggae, stay late to hear Ed Mulligan's all time Redspot greats as we celebrate his birthday in rock steady style.

And yes, there will be cake.
